Many students all around the world are not fond of the Physical Education course because of how gruelling and arduous it requires them to be. This is shown among various grades in which students are reluctant to participate in activities such as running, common exercises and playing certain sports. Along with this, students often opt to skip or come late to gym class. It is often seen as a "free" period in which they are not required to put in as much effort as their other classes, so they do not prioritize it and instead turn their focus to other activities during this time.
Even in adulthood, many people don't enjoy exercising. However, it's essential that we are constantly engaging in physical activity, which is the point often used to express the importance of fitness activities to reluctant students.

While participating in gym class may be difficult and dreadful, it is important that teens do get the necessary exercise in to be healthy and fit as they're still growing and developing. Many activities outside--but still pertaining to--Physical Education encourage being active, like the following: sports teams/clubs, volunteer work, and recreational work outs. Get some exercise in!
