Because there are no strict restrictions on how teachers should educate, their methods tend to differ based on what and how they think students would learn best. The divide in their tactics make every class unique to the teacher and affects the atmosphere in the class and has an effect on the students. In an interview with a programming teacher at R.C. Palmer Secondary, she commented on how she decides to teach.

"I chop it into different sections, so the... students can follow all my demonstrations... and learn the techniques to work on their projects," explains Mrs. Leung. She creates examples and makes her demonstrations into different sections to make the explanations more digestible and easy to follow. It's easier on both her and the students to have steps to follow in a more approachable manner and creates a better workflow to work on their assigned projects.

As a student, I believe that this approach is effective in how it aims to grow the students' understanding of the subject. The thorough instructions and step by step demonstrations help exponentially in learning how the processes work and helps spot the patterns in how other functions work elsewhere as well. The sectioned explanations also assist in morale, where each step of the way you can take it bit by bit and have ample time to understand where each step connects to the other.

If you're aiming to go into Web Design, Mrs. Leung is a great teacher and her methods in teaching work well!
